Happy Hour

Drinking one of my favorite concoctions tonight - the Dark & Stormy! To make, fill a highball glass with crushed ice and grate a small amount of fresh ginger into the glass using a microplane. Next, add 2 and 1/2 ounces of Gosling's Black Seal Rum and then fill the rest of the glass with ginger beer (Fever Tree is a really my favorite brand, but I couldn't find any today). Add a squeeze of lime and your good to go! Cheers!
